Information you provide: answers you enter in our rate-check form, such as property type, estimated home value, mortgage balance, credit range, and location. If a later step requests contact details, those are collected on our partner’s form.

To determine which lending partners may be a fit and connect you with them at your request.

Lending partners: when you ask to see your options, we share your submitted information with one or more licensed lending partners so they can contact you about their products.
Service providers: vendors that help us operate the site, including lead-certification provider ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) and hosting/analytics providers.
Advertising partners: we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure ad performance.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
